Queues, cron and storage

LoudVoice News uses the Laravel scheduler for publishing, YouTube pulls and license heartbeat. Updates and mail go through the queue.

Scheduler

Object storage (S3-compatible) is optional. Local disks must be backed up with the database.

Symptoms if this is skipped

• Notifications sit in jobs
• Scheduled YouTube imports never run
• License heartbeat looks stale in admin
