Go to production

Treat the first public hostname as production. Staging belongs on a separate domain and uses a staging license slot.

Checklist

1. Valid TLS certificate; HTTP redirects to HTTPS.
2. APP_ENV=production and APP_DEBUG=false.
3. Config, route and view caches rebuilt after every release.
4. Database backups before migrate.
5. LICENSE_SERVER_URL reachable from the host.
6. Queue worker and scheduler confirmed in process list.
7. storage/logs rotated.

Cutover

Deploy code, run migrations, reload PHP-FPM, then hit /up or your health URL. Only then switch DNS.

Warning. Do not copy a production .env onto a laptop. Issue a development activation instead.
