Each license type has a slot map. Hitting a limit means that pool is full, not that the purchase is invalid.

Next step
- Deactivate an unused install from the product admin if the UI offers it.
- Confirm you are not binding production to a staging URL.
- Ask support to inspect the slot map if an old host is stuck.
Extended licenses add production seats. Ask before you buy a second regular license “just in case”.
