Domain already activated

A regular production license is bound to one public hostname. Activating a second production host is rejected by design.

Why this happens

• You moved DNS to a new brand domain
• www and apex are treated as distinct unless configured
• A previous agency install is still bound

Transfer

Open a ticket with:

• Product name
• Old hostname
• New hostname
• Last four characters of the purchase code

Staff transfer the binding after verifying the Envato sale. Do not share the full code.

Warning. A transfer does not create a second production seat. The old hostname stops verifying.
