Terms of use
Using this site
WinStack is the public home for Fox News licenses, guides, activation, updates, support and quoted services. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the refund policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, activate a license, or send a brief.
Licenses
Fox News is sold as a software license, usually through CodeCanyon. A regular license is for one live website. You may not share purchase codes, license keys, private keys, update packages or customer-portal logins. Domain binding follows the license you bought. A license does not transfer to someone else unless we agree in writing.
Purchase codes
A purchase code proves the sale. We verify it so the product can activate. Treat it like a password. If a code is posted in public, shared, or used on more sites than the license allows, we can suspend or revoke the license.
Activation
Activation needs the product, the purchase code, an email and the website you will run. We return a signed result to the product. We never put signing keys in the public site or the customer portal. If activation fails, start with the activation help page, then write to support. A failed activation is not a refund.
Updates
Licensed updates are for the product and version window you bought. Download them from this site after you sign in. Do not republish the packages. Update access can end when the license or the update term ends.
Support
Support is for licensed, unmodified products, within the support window that came with the sale. We help in plain language. We do not owe unlimited custom work under support. Changes the product does not do yet are a quoted service.
Services
Installation, reskin, custom development, websites, apps, CRM, ERP, travel portals and other catalog work are separate from the product license. We quote before we start. Hosting stays yours unless a quote says otherwise. A quote is not a license, and a license is not a quote.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, scrape private data, or try to bypass activation. Do not use the product for anything illegal. We can suspend an account or a license if these terms are broken.
Refunds
There is no refund. The refund policy is part of these terms. Read it before you buy.
Liability
The public site, guides and product are provided as they are. We work carefully. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data on your hosting, or downtime on servers we do not run. For paid services, our responsibility is the work in the quote.
Changes
We can update these terms. The current page is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the new wording.
