How do I buy a WinStack product?
Open the product page, then buy on CodeCanyon. After checkout, come back here to activate, read the guides, and get help.
What’s included when I buy LoudVoice News?
The PHP script: public website and admin. Updates with an active license, and you can write to us when you are stuck. The Android and iPhone app is a separate product.
Can I try LoudVoice News before I pay?
Yes. Open the live demos and click around the website and admin. Buy when it feels right — there is no rush.
Do I need a WinStack account to buy?
No. Buy on CodeCanyon first. Create a customer account here when you want licenses, downloads and tickets in one place.
Licensing
Purchase codes, one live site, and moving a domain.
How do I activate my license?
Buy on CodeCanyon, then enter your purchase code here or inside the product. It only takes a minute — and we can help if you get stuck.
Can I use one license on two live websites?
A regular license covers one live website. Need another? Tell us and we will help you pick the right option.
What if I change my website address?
Just send us the old and new address. We will move your license over after a quick check.
Can I use the license on a staging site?
Yes. A regular license covers one live site. Staging or local copies are fine while you test — tell us if an activation limit blocks you.
How long does a license last?
The license does not expire. Updates and support follow Envato’s item support window. After that, you can still run what you already have, or extend support on CodeCanyon.
What happens if I sell the website?
Write to us with the old owner email, the new owner email, and the live domain. After a quick check we can move the license.

Where is my purchase code?
In your Envato account, open Downloads and look for the license certificate next to the item.
Can I still get help if I bought on CodeCanyon?
Yes. Buy there, then come here for activation, guides and support tied to your purchase.
I bought with a different email. Can you still help?
Yes. Send the purchase code and the email on the Envato account. We will match the order, then we can help from there.
The Envato download looks incomplete. What now?
Download the full package again from Envato Downloads. If a file is still missing, write to us with the purchase code and we will sort it.
Installation
Hosting, setup packages, and going live on your server.
Do you install the product for me?
Yes. Choose a setup package and tell us about your hosting. We will take it from there.
What kind of hosting do I need?
A normal PHP website host is enough. If you are unsure, we can install it for you.
How long does installation take?
Most professional setups are done within a few business days after we have hosting access. We will confirm the timing before we start.
Do you need my hosting login?
Only if you want us to install it. We use it to put the product on your server, activate the license, and check it — then you keep the hosting.
Can you install this on WordPress?
No. LoudVoice News is its own PHP website and admin — not a WordPress plugin. We install it on regular PHP hosting. The mobile app is a different product.
Updates
New versions after you buy, and how to download them.
How do I get updates?
When a new version is ready, you will see it here. Download it with an active license.
Are updates included after I buy?
Yes, while item support is active on CodeCanyon. Sign in to your customer account to download the files, or ask us to apply the update on your hosting.
Will an update erase my articles and settings?
Updates are written to keep your content. Still, take a backup first. If you want, we can apply the update and check the site with you.
Website
The public site your readers open — domain, ads, demos.
Is the demo the same as what I buy?
The demo is a preview you can click around. After you buy, you get the full product with your own content.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Point the domain to your hosting, then activate the license on that address. We can do this during installation if you want.
Can I run ads on the website?
Yes. LoudVoice News includes ad spots you can switch on. You keep the revenue — we do not take a cut of your ads.
Mobile App
Android and iPhone apps included with the product.
Does LoudVoice News include Android and iPhone apps?
No. LoudVoice News is the PHP script. LoudVoice News is a separate product for Android and iPhone.
Can you put the apps on the App Store and Google Play?
We can prepare the branded apps. You will need your own Apple and Google developer accounts to publish. Ask us if you want that included.
Do I need Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes, if you want the apps in the stores. Those accounts are in your name. We can guide you, or handle the build as part of a reskin.
Customization
Your brand on the product, or extra features on a quote.
Can you change more than colors and logos?
Yes. Tell us the extra screens or features you need and we will send a clear quote.
What’s the difference between a reskin and custom work?
A reskin is your logo, colors, name and store images. Custom work is new screens or features the product does not do yet. We quote custom work before we start.
Can you match the look of my current site?
Often yes. Send a few screenshots or the live URL. We will tell you what a reskin covers and what needs custom work.
Support
How we reply, when we are around, and how to reach us.
How fast do you reply?
We aim to reply within one business day. You can always see if we are online in the header.
What if I need help on a weekend?
Send the ticket anyway. We pick it up on the next business day. If something is blocking a live site, say so in the first line.
I didn’t buy from CodeCanyon. Can I still get support?
Support is for people who bought the product. If you inherited a site, send the purchase code or the live domain and we will see what we can do.
